Pembroke St, Carina
This project is now complete. The project was undertaken on behalf of a group of investors in a syndicate. This property was a larger LMR corner lot in the Brisbane gentrification suburb of Carina. The strategy for this project was to remove the existing post-war house and construct five, side-by-side, terrace-style, townhouses.
