Lanercost St, Geebung
This project involved a simple corner lot subdivision. The house was retained in situ and a square vacant block of land was created fronting the side street. The house renovation was relatively simple and involved converting the tired 2 bed house in a neat 3 bed house suitable for a first home buyer.
