Crowley St, Zillmere
This project involved a corner lot subdivision to create two lots. The existing house was relocated onto one lot and the vacant lot was sold. The house was raised and relocated on the existing block. Extensive renovations were done upstairs including new rooms, re-working of the floor plan and a new deck. Downstairs was converted to garaging and storage space.
