Black Bear secured a large parcel of flat LMR land in an elevated position in the coveted location of Clayfield in Brisbane’s inner north. Six large, luxurious homes with city and mountain views were constructed on the site. This project was completed with the involvement of a group of investors in a syndicate structure.
