Q49 is a complex of six two bed, two bath units constructed behind an existing Queenslander home. At the time of purchase, the existing house was in very poor condition and required a comprehensive renovation. Through an aggressive and innovative town planning strategy, we were able to acheive an outcome over and above what would ordinarily be achieveable on a site like this.
