Cromwell St, Wooloowin
This project was undertaken on behalf of a group of investors in a syndicate. The property is a larger LMR site on a corner lot in a prime inner-city location. The strategy for this property was to retain the existing pre-war house, extensively renovate it and build two new freehold dwellings at the rear facing the side street. The finished product was sold to a mix of owner occupiers and investors. The project was completed in 2017.
